Umar Babagoro A. is an adjunct lecturer at Muhammadu Buhari Meteorological Institute of Science and Technology Katsina. He is dedicated, organized and efficient meteorological weather observer with knowledge in mathematics, physics, and information and communication technology. He has successfully used his analytical, design and problem-solving skills to study and accurately observe weather. He also happens to be an acting Officer-in-Charge of Weather Observation and Instruments at forecast office. He has also engaged on Training, teaching and supporting new observers in their jobs, I.T students and students on excursion. He is currently the Head of Department Upper Air Station both with Nigerian Meteorological Agency, Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport Kano.
